When your line stops, you call a number in Africa — and a person answers.
Scheduled maintenance, breakdown attendance, and remote diagnostics for production lines — delivered by our own engineers and appointed local agents, backed by spare parts on our China–Africa channel.
How support actually reaches you.
We don't publish stopwatch promises — a line that matters deserves a straight description of how the work gets done instead:
- Our engineers are based in Africa. Project and breakdown work is mobilised from Johannesburg.
- We work through our own team and appointed local agents — trained on your line type, with consignment spares where volume justifies it.
- Spare parts are held in Johannesburg and with agents in-country, with everything else reachable on our China channel — most parts within a week.
- Remote diagnostics first. Many stoppages are resolved — or correctly diagnosed so the right part and the right person travel — before anyone is on the road.
Your maintenance file is the one we wrote at handover: parts lists, drawings, procedures. Nobody starts from zero.

Three levels. All of them end with your line running.
Reactive
Call us when something breaks. Diagnosis, parts on the channel, attendance by engineer or agent. Right for simple lines with an in-house fitter.
Scheduled
Preventive maintenance visits on a fixed calendar, wear parts replaced before they fail, written condition report after every visit. The tier most lines should be on.
Full-service
Scheduled visits plus priority breakdown attendance, remote diagnostics, consignment spares on your site, and annual training refreshers.
What it costs: an annual maintenance and spares contract typically runs 3–8% of line value per year, depending on line type, duty, and tier. Quoted in writing with the line — never discovered afterwards.
Your fitter can fix a machine. That's not the gap.
Local maintenance tradespeople across our markets are competent and available — we work alongside them, and train them on your specific line. The gap we close is different: knowing which part to hold, having it in the country in days, and knowing how the whole line behaves at rate. That is a supply-and-experience problem, not a hands problem.
Asked before every contract.
Typically 3–8% of line value per year, by tier and duty — quoted in writing with the line, never discovered afterwards.
Yes — assessment and documentation first, then the tier that fits. Parts for any Chinese-built machine come through our channel.
Honest answer: we don't do stopwatch promises. Remote diagnostics first, engineers mobilised from Johannesburg, agents in-country, parts already on the channel — so the right person and the right part travel once.
Yes, and they should — we train them and leave written procedures. Contracts are structured so your fitters own the daily care and we cover what needs line-level experience or parts.
Documented checklist, wear parts replaced before failure, calibration, and a written condition report — every visit.
Put a real maintenance plan behind your line.
