Your line is down. The part is in China. We fix that.

If your imported machine has stopped and nobody can get you the part, you've found the right page. CISH buys industrial parts out of China every week, at volume, on our own supply channel — your part joins a movement that is already running.

A CISH engineer answers — in Africa, in English. No call centre, no ticket queue.

What to send

Three photos are usually enough.

1 · The machine plate

The metal nameplate with maker, model, and serial number. If the plate is gone, a photo of the whole machine helps.

2 · The broken part

The part itself, in place if possible. Any part number stamped or printed on it. Don't worry if you can't name it — that's our job.

3 · Where you are

Country and town, so we can quote the real delivered time and cost — not an estimate that falls apart at the border.

Straight answer policy: if we can get your part fast, we'll tell you how fast and what it costs. If it's a structural or custom-fabricated component that genuinely takes longer, we'll tell you that too — before you commit to anything.

Why us, for this

Because the part moves on a channel that already exists.

Getting one carton out of China quickly is genuinely hard — for a one-off buyer. Suppliers deprioritise small strangers; freight for a single consignment costs a fortune; customs paperwork is a first-time puzzle. Every one of those problems disappears when the part travels with a company that ships industrial equipment out of China continuously.

That's what CISH does for a living. Your emergency joins our routine.

While the part travels

If you need hands as well as hardware, our engineers and appointed local agents can attend the breakdown, confirm the diagnosis before you spend, and fit the part when it lands.
