Why trust us with your line?

CISH Africa delivers complete production-line solutions to African manufacturers — sourced from China, installed, commissioned, and kept running with fast local maintenance, spare parts within a week, and pricing well below European suppliers.

The four pillars

Everything we do stands on these.

1

Small & mid-sized lines from China

Not mega-projects. The US$150k–900k band that European vendors ignore and Chinese vendors can't deliver into Africa alone — which happens to be exactly where most African manufacturers are buying.

2

Local maintenance and support

We are physically in Africa — our own engineers plus appointed agents. When your line stops, you call a number in Africa and a person answers.

3

Spare parts within a week

Via our own China–Africa logistics network — a standing supply channel built on continuous industrial procurement out of China. The single hardest thing to copy. How it works →

4

Priced below European suppliers

Same function, a fraction of the capital cost — with support that Chinese direct sale cannot match. The full comparison →

Who we serve

Built for the owner running his first line.

Our typical customer runs a solid private business — trading, distribution, construction, farming — and is moving into manufacturing, or expanding past a manual operation. He can judge people and price. He cannot yet judge a machine specification, and shouldn't have to.

That's why nothing on this site is a catalogue. Every engagement starts with the problem — what do you want to make, at what volume, with what capital — and ends with a working line and a trained team. The engineering judgement in between is the part you're hiring.

We also serve the second-line buyer who knows exactly what he wants (we quote fast and sharp), and the owner of a stalled line who needs recovery, not replacement.

Track record, honestly

What we claim — and what we don't.

CISH is the China Industrial Service Hub group, delivering production lines and industrial support across Africa from its Johannesburg base — see cish.co.za for the South African operation.

In some of the six markets this site serves, we haven't delivered our first project yet. When that's true for your country, we'll say so to your face — and back it with first-project terms that put the performance risk where it belongs: on us. Payment milestones tied to demonstrated output, not to promises.

In small industrial communities, one exposed exaggeration ends a market. We don't make them.

How we respond

What happens after you contact us.

2 days

A personal email from a CISH engineer — not a sales assistant — with either a useful first answer or a calendar link for a call.

1 week

A written summary of what we'd recommend doing next, with rough timing and cost band.

0

Automated drip campaigns. If we have something useful to send, we'll send it. Otherwise, we won't.

Judge us the way your customers judge you.

Ask the hard questions — year three, first project, the full landed cost. The answers are the product.
